A home improvement or construction loan is a mortgage you need to carry out renovation work on your property, be it major work or minor work.

If it is a major renovation, or a construction project we can make several disbursements of funds depending on the progress of the work to be done. Each time you complete part of the work, you get the funds you need to continue your work and thus complete your project.
